Summer Training into Fall Racing
Powerhouse athletes have been working hard and training all summer long getting ready to race this fall. We are already celebrating your successes so far this fall at the Katy Triathlon, Island Girl Triathlon, Kemah 10k, and the Kerrville Triathlon Festival. We still have lots of exciting races coming up to round out the season including the TX City Triathlon, the Toughest 10k Galveston, IM 70.3 Waco, and IM Florida + IM California! Keep up the great work, Powerhouse!
Start Planning for 2023 Races
Now is the time to start planning and talking to your coach about early 2023 races including IRONMAN 70.3 Galveston and IRONMAN Texas. There are also some excellent early season running events to train for too like the Galveston Half Marathon and the Woodlands Half/Full Marathon. No matter what your goals are for 2023 Powerhouse Racing is here to help YOU make it happen.
Multisport Wellness @ INEOS
INEOS athletes were well represented this past weekend at the Berlin Marathon. Not only were they all successful in completing the race but they also got to witness history as Eliud Kipchoge broke his own Marathon World Record by 30 seconds!
Save The Date - December 10th Holiday Party
Powerhouse will have its annual holiday party on December 10th so please mark your calendars. This year's theme will be INTERGALACTIC BLAST celebrating all things that are "out of this world". Bring your favorite outer space themed gear and join us for fun, food, music and our highly contested desert competition. Stay tuned for more details and a Facebook Event for the party coming soon.
