This year's Holiday Party theme is "Country Western" so get ready to dust off those boots and polish up those finisher belt buckles!  Everyone is welcome to join us on Saturday Dec 6th at 7pm to celebrate with a potluck dinner, party music from DJ MOLLY MOLL, and of course our World Famous Desert Competition!

Powerhouse Patriots Update

The Powerhouse Patriots Foundation has continued to grow and support our community of veterans and first-responders through endurance sports.  Please take a moment to learn more about Rene Menjivar who we are thrilled to welcome into the program:

"I’ve served on active duty in the U.S. Air Force for over seven years, and endurance sports have become my outlet for growth, discipline, and resilience. I started training for my first marathon to celebrate two years of sobriety—and I was hooked. Pushing my limits became a way of life. After being referred to the Powerhouse Patriots by my First Sergeant, I met Coach Johnny and discovered a community that feels like family. The camaraderie and drive within this team mirror what I love about military service. I’ve since completed my first triathlon and am now training for my first 70.3, motivated every day by the Powerhouse community and the challenge to keep improving."

2026 Sprint Tri Training Group

Do you know someone who wants to complete a triathlon next season?  We are starting a training group in 2026 that will be focused on athletes who are new to triathlon or getting back into the sport.  The group will be preparing for the Bayou City Triathlon series which has many great multi-sport race options across multiple events.  Contact Coach Johnny for more info at 281 787 8285
